Circa 2003
Excellent condition with box and papers.
I hate to admit that I remember when Panerai introduced this model over 20 years ago and how excited I was to see pictures of it. Who would have thought it would become a classic, yet unique Panerai that would become collectible. The PAM 93 was only made for four years. This one was from the third batch of 300 and an F series. The D series was made in a run of 2500, The E a run of 2000, F with 300 and G with 200. The PAM 93 rarely comes up on the secondary market. I believe the collectors that have them, hold on to them.
In my humble opinion the PAM 93 has one of the best-looking dials that you will find on any watch. It acts as a chameleon due to the very fine vertical striations that reflect light in many hues. The dial can appear dark blue, blue grey and light blue which are all are great looking!
This PAM 93 is a magnificent Luminor Marina with a Power Reserve function. It has a 44mm titanium case with a gorgeous slate blue dial. It comes on an OEM rubber dive strap (in fair condition, but has plenty of life left) and a second tan Horween Shell Cordovan leather strap and is on a titanium Panerai deployant buckle. The automatic movement and date function also make this a great daily wear model watch.
